Patagonia Trip Report
Since I was a child, I had a dream. But unlike MLK my dream was to visit Patagonia. Patagonia had a very exotic flavour for me and it was on the opposite side of the globus from the place where I lived.
In 2011 I’ve started thinking about accomplishing my dream. In the beginning I had to solve some basic questions. First of all: Where is Patagonia? In South America of course, but in which countries? Is Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego the same?
Finally, after several months of planning, I’ve solved all the open topics and I’ve planned a wonderful trip to Buenos Aires, Patagonia (Argentina and Chile) and Iguazu from Jan 8 till Feb 23rd, 2012. It was a wonderful trip over nearly seven weeks. I have seen amazing things in terms of landscape, cities, fauna and flora and people. My expectations to this trip have been by far exceeded. It was my first time in South America but for sure not the last time.
I have written this Patagonia trip report both to describe what I have seen but also to help other people to plan such a trip.
